[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/17] Various patches in common/

This collection of patches to common/ adds the following:

- EDID support for LCD displays
- TPM stress test
- gettime command to find out the time since boot
- Adds coreboot information to the 'version' command
- Fixes LMB on x86
- Allows the console overwrite to be selected by board files
- SHA256 hashing
- Merging of saved environment variables with the default environment
- Reading raw data from a partition of a block device

Also fixes a few minor bugs and tidy-ups.
