Well, all distros can do whatever is needed, it's about making what's
needed as easy / low maintenance as possible.

I need to look at this again, I think the biggest problem / concern I
had was about multi-line stuff.

Right. And well documented enough so that product developers can tell
what they do and don't need, and what might be helpful if they avail
themselves of it.
