[U-Boot] [PATCH] i.MX6Q: mx6qsabre*: Configure to allow CONFIG_SYS_ALT_MEMTEST

In order to use the more thorough memory test, the macro
CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_SCRATCH must be defined with a usable
address.
