Thanks for testing, Lauri.

I think the issue with cpufreq still happens for you on 2.6.35 because
you may use a different DDR model/topology than the one in mx28evk.

Since this patch does not cause any problems and does fix the 2.6.35
boot on mx28evk, is it possible to apply it for 2013.04?
