[U-Boot] [PATCH] m68k: Remove CONFIG_CMD_BEDBUG related code

This flag does not compile on m68k since 2003 (8bde7f7) when a
required "cmd_bedbug.h" header was removed. Eleven years passed,
lets clean up a little...
