[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/4] vybrid/tower fixes and enhancements

This patch series addresses several fixes and enhancements for the
vybrid tower.

The patches are originally by Marcel Ziswiler which should remain
the Author of the patches, I picked them up since some changes
I'm going to submit are building upon them.

Changes v3:
- Merged patches to reflect one logical change on a pheripherial
  device level.

Changes v2:
- Memory offset based reserved ANADIG field naming scheme.
- Fixed mux_ctrl_ofs in secondary RMII1 iomux definitions.
