[U-Boot] [PATCH v6 0/2] Introduce driver model serial uclass (exynos only)

Now that the serial uclass has been applied, this series includes only the
exynos serial driver patches. It enables serial using driver model for all
board that use the serial_s5p driver.

To see the current state of driver model, look at u-boot-dm.git branch
'working'.

Changes in v6:
- Drop already-applied tegra patches
- Rebase on top of master

- Avoid reordering functions
- Change pre-reloc fdt property to 'u-boot,dm-pre-reloc'
