[U-Boot] Congatec Conga-QEVAL board sd-card boot not working

Hi,

i try to boot the congatec board with u-boot.2014.04-rc1 from sd-card.

The Thread: http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2013-May/154298.html was my guide.

My Steps are:

export CROSS_COMPILE=arm-cortexa9-linux-gnueabi- (the OSELAS 2012 toolchain)
export ARCH=arm

cd u-boot2014.04-rc1
make cgtqmx6qeval_config
-> Configuring for cgtqmx6qeval - Board: cgtqmx6eval, Options: IMX_CONFIG=board/freescale/imx/ddr/mx6q_4x_mt41j128.cfg,MX6Q

make u-boot.imx
...
-> Image Type:   Freescale IMX Boot Image
-> Image Ver:    2 (i.MX53/6 compatible)
-> Data Size:    200704 Bytes = 196.00 kB = 0.19 MB
-> Load Address: 177ff420
-> Entry Point:  17800000

Then copy u-boot to the sd-card:
dd if=u-boot.imx of=/dev/sdb bs=512 seek=2

When the congatec  board starts with conga u-boot from spi nor flash i type:
conga-QMX6 U-Boot > mw.l 0x20d8040 0x3850

conga-QMX6 U-Boot > md 0x20d8040

resetting ...

and nothing is happened...

What can i do to find error?

(For the freescale i.mx6 sabresd board i have already compiled the u-boot and it works fine.)
