[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 2/3] kirkwood: support CONFIG_SYS_THUMB_BUILD

Kirkwood files cpu.c and cache.c cannot build in Thumb state;
force them in ARM state even under CONFIG_SYS_THUMB_BUILD.
