Add a serial driver which makes use of EFI's console in/out service.
Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg at chromium.org>
---
Changes in v2:
- Add a comment about special handling for backspace
- Add a comment as to why debug_uart_init() is empty
- Drop unused DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR
- Rename CONFIG_ARCH_EFI to CONFIG_EFI_APP
- Rename EFI debug UART to EFI_CONSOLE
- Replace serial_s5p with serial_efi
