I have managed to re-create the same problem.

Revert this commit: 2320866b978fc12904eeba37236f35d12b4aec30
ie: 
# git revert 2320866b978fc12904eeba37236f35d12b4aec30

and then try building again. 

Apparently network arguments were moved to ti_armv7_common.h. 
However, it wasn't included in the am335x config.
