[U-Boot] Default rootfs type for OMAP4 is still ext3?

Hi everyone, is there a particular reason why OMAP4 has not migrated to
ext4 from ext3? Specifically, the uenv variable 'rootfstype" is still set
to ext3, rather than ext4 [1].
