[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 5/7] malloc_f: enable SYS_MALLOC_F by default if DM is on

Can you apply this series to u-boot/master soon?

It's got some Reviewed-by and Acked-by credits,
and also, Alexey wants to use 5/7 to enable DM for ARC.
