[U-Boot] [PATCH v2 2/4] mx6cuboxi: Add USB host support

So network works fine on the hummingboard i1 and i2ex, but the cubox
i4pro is still inconsistant:

  Net:   Phy 0 not found
  PHY reset timed out
  FEC

It definitely worked at some point before. I used the same SD card on
all three boards.
