There is an sh2a toolchain at :
https://sourcery.mentor.com/public/gnu_toolchain/sh-uclinux/renesas-2010.09-60-sh-uclinux-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2
That said - I don't know how many users of the board there are left :)
