[U-Boot] MicroBlaze target: Where should CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR be defined?

Hello,

I've got a 32MByte Micron SPI Flash and I am unable to access the upper
half of the part due to CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR not being defined when my
u-boot.elf is built.
I am using the Petalinux version 2013.10 toolset to build the u-boot.elf
and image.elf artifacts and am still at a loss as to where and
how CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR needs to be defined.

Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
