I broke microsd connector of my A83T board, so boot from microsd not tested.

As you have microSD breakout UART working, you can set
CONFIG_UART0_PORT_F=y and use FEL mode, commands as below
sunxi-fel spl u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin
sunxi-fel  write 0x4a000000 u-boot-dtb.bin

This is how i have tested it for now.
