[U-Boot] [PATCH 4/5] i2c: omap24xx: Fix high speed trimming calculation

Work based on i2c-omap.c from linux kernel.
fsscll/fssclh and hsscll/hssclh was always negative in high speed.
i2c high speed frequency start after 400Khz.
