[U-Boot] [GIT PULL] Xilinx changes

Hi Tom,

please pull these changes to your tree. It is converting ZynqMP targets to
use distro
boot options.
I am still waiting for Marek to apply one USB DWC3 patch to fix usb support
on ZynqMP.
