[U-Boot] [PATCH][v3] armv8: fsl-layerscape: Append "A" in SoC name for ARM based SoCs

Freescale ARMv8 SoC name ends with "A" to represent ARM SoCs.
like LS2080A, LS1043A, LS1012A.

So append "A" at the last of SoCs.
