Why don't use sdhci_readl()? There is no reason that use caps0 and caps1 variables.

Then you can remove one of them. (caps0 or caps1)

Can directly use ATMEL_SDHC_MIN_FREQ instead of min_clk.
Then min_clk variable can be removed.
