This series convert fec_mxc to DM and tested both dm and
non-dm code and it is on top of u-boot-imx/master

Changes for v5:
- Add stub fec calls to minimize the #ifdef's
- Use same func names on eth_ops
- Remove reset_gpio in fec_mxc.h
- Add new patches, for cleanup driver

Changes for v4:
- rebase to u-boot-imx/master
