[U-Boot] sh4-linux-ld: cannot find cpu/sh4/start.o

Hi all.

I am building U-Boot.
u-booy-2011.09, u-boot-2011.12 and u-boot-2012.04.01.

Run "make"

Last message:

/sh4-unknown-linux-uclibc/4.4.6 - lgcc -Map u-boot.map -o u-boot
sh4-linux-ld: cannot find cpu/sh4/start.o

But start.o exist in /arch/sh/cpu/sh4, and libsh4.o too.

Please help me!
