[U-Boot] [PATCH] MAINTAINERS: SUNXI: Add Jagan as Co-Maintainer

[Jagan Teki]

Due to the discussion from thread[1] about the Hans
stepping down as sunix custodian, I would like to
volunteer as a co-maintainer for sunxi and discussed
the same with Hans as well.
