This series is a resend of selected MIPS Boston updates/fixes from the
original patch series [1] which was blocked by rejected PCI core
changes and the series for converting CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE on MIPS
from a virtual address to a physical one. At least the patches not
affected by the blocking patch series should be finally applied.
