Board similar to firefly-rk3288 and not using
ROCKCHIP_SPL_BACK_TO_BROM. Observed this when I try to add falcon mode
support which eventually increased the SPL size.
toolchain: arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc with version 6.3.1 20170109 (Linaro
GCC 6.3-2017.02)
