[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/2] omap3: dts: Resync OMAP3 and OMAP36xx DTS from Linux 4.13-RC5

There were some spacing issues in the previous port and some
evolution of the omap3 device tree. This simply ports the
OMAP3 and OMAP36xx device trees to U-Boot without any
U-Boot specific changes.
