[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/3] ARM: dts: omap3-evm: Add support for TMDSEVM{3530, 3730}

This commit adds OMAP3 EVM devicetree files from Linux v4.15-rc3. Note
that this is the first addition of OMAP34XX devicetree files.
