[U-Boot] [PATCH 6/6] sunxi: dts: add Bananapi M64 .dts

Since mainline Linux gained support for the BananaPi-M64, let's just
copy this DT to prepare the U-Boot support for that board.
Again add the required DT nodes for the Ethernet IP.
