[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/3] Fixes for topic-miami and topic-miamiplus board

Three patches to fix these issues:
- Network support in u-boot is only useful on the topic-miamiplus board
- DFU boot does not work, missing DFU_RAM config
- QSPI boot did not work because of wrong kernel_size environment
