[U-Boot] [PATCH 22/22] sandbox: Move to use live tree

This updates sandbox to use a live device tree. This means that after
relocation (from board_init_r() onwards) it no-longer uses flat device
tree.

Note: There are various drivers that still need conversion so this does
not currently work correctly. For example it does not pass the test suite.
