[U-Boot] [PATCH 09/14] tools: binman: Call correct init for Entry_u_boot_spl_with_ucode_ptr

[Bin Meng]

u_boot_spl_with_ucode_ptr is derived from u_boot_with_ucode_ptr,
hence it should call its parent's init.
