Correct. There are no HSIC ports available on MinnowMax.

Maybe there are some quirks that the HSIC ports are having issues
after a reset. Like the issue I observed on the SS port as mentioned
in this patch [1] that SS port does not report CSC.

Can you enable -DDEBUG and send me the log?
