[U-Boot] [PATCH] spl: Kconfig: SPL_MMC_SUPPORT depends on GENERIC_MMC

spl_mmc.c calls mmc_initialize(). This symbol is provided in
drivers/mmc/mmc.c when CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC is enabled.
