[U-Boot] using vitesse phy api

Hello , 
I am using vitesse vsc8502 phy , 
I changed the follwing file 
include/configs/board.h 
+ #define CONFIG_FEC_MXC_PHYADDR 0x18 
- #define CONFIG_PHY_MICREL 
+ #define CONFIG_PHY_VITESSE 
now the error is 
the compiler goes to board.c 
and give the error in following function because they are defined in micrel.c and not in vitesse.c 
how to change this function

or rather how to add (which files to change ) to use api phy of vitesse
