[U-Boot] [PATCH v2 0/5] Add Intel Arria 10 SoC FPGA driver

This is the 2nd version of patchset to adds support for Intel Arria 10 SoC FPGA
driver. This version mainly resolved comments from Marek in [v1].This series is
working on top of u-boot-socfpga-next branch

- Pulled the convert FPGA to kconfig patch out of this patchset, will submit as
  separate patch after this patchset.
- Resolved duplicate fpgamgr_program_write() in both gen5 and arria10.
