[U-Boot] [PATCH v1 02/17] test/py: Extend fpga command to test all fpga load types

Add support for info, load, loadp, loadb, loadbp, loadmk_legacy,
loadmk_legacy_gz, loadmk_fit, loadfs also with variable support.

There are probably missing failed tests.
