[U-Boot] [UBOOT PATCH v2 2/3] spi: xilinx_spi: Modify transfer logic xilinx_spi_xfer() function

This patch modify xilinx_spi_xfer() function and add rxfifo() and
txfifo() functions to add the modularity.
