[U-Boot] Missing: CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS

The "make menuconfig" help page for "Environment --> Create default 
environment from file"
mentions CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS, but searching for this says "No matches 
found",
and also in the saved .config it's missing.
