[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 00/10] apalis-tk1: fixes/updates for v2019.10

Misc. fixes related to pinmux configuration (fan), default bootargs,
reset reason output and power rail configuration.

Changes in v3:
* Added patch for apalis-v1.2 hardware support (there are some 80 symbol
warnings in pmux_pingrp_config definition, but fixing this will break
aligment of pinmux configuration "table" in
board/toradex/apalis-tk1/pinmux-config-apalis-tk1.h)
* Attached R-b tags [Oleksandr Suvorov] from v2 [2]

Changes in v2:
* Rebased on the latest u-boot-tegra/master
