[U-Boot] [PATCH 5/5] mmc: Convert mxsmmc eMMC driver for i.MX2{38} to DM/DTS

This patch converts the mxsmmc driver to support DM/DTS.
Moreover, it is also possible to use it in early SPL with
SPL_OF_PLATDATA enabled.
