BEFORE (no patches applied or other earlier h6 patches applied):
the tanix tx6 mini tv box did not boot
AFTER (this patch applied):
the tanix tx6 mini tv box is booting fine now. also cross tested to
boot fine on a non-half-dq eachlink h6 mini tv box as well.
