[U-Boot] [PATCH 08/16] stm32mp1: update device tree with ETZPC status

U-Boot should disable nodes in device tree if needed according
ETZPC status in ft_system_setup().

ETZPC itself use an array on addresses to do the match between the status
bits and the node.
