For the record: with this patch applied I can see both DRAM banks on my 4GB RPi4:
DRAM bank   = 0x0000000000000000
-> start    = 0x0000000000000000
-> size     = 0x000000003e000000
DRAM bank   = 0x0000000000000001
-> start    = 0x0000000040000000
-> size     = 0x00000000bc000000
