[U-Boot] [PATCH 4/7] arm64: versal: Increase SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN

This patch increases SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN as the versal clock
driver needs to be probed before relocation itself inorder
to get required clocks before relocation.
