Please note that UEFI variables are not always human-readable texts,
but can be binary. PK/KEK/db are good examples. There is definitely
a case where you don't want, at least not need, to see values.
But after your comment, I will add "-n" instead of "-v" so that
default action will be to dump *data*, while "-n" suppressing it.
