Can you please change this to "obj-$(CONFIG_$(SPL_)DM_REGULATOR_DA9063)" 
and add an option CONFIG_SPL_DM_REGULATOR_DA9063 to Kconfig?
This will allow us to enable the driver for SPL and U-Boot proper 
separately.
