[U-Boot] Why do we need both MDIO and MII commands

Hi.
Marek raised this issue in IRC several weeks ago and I was wondering
the same. why do we support this two commands which accomplish
basically the same ?

Can we ditch the mii comand and move the missing functionality to the
mdio command ?
