[U-Boot] [PATCH v4 09/15] video: add support of panel RM68200

Support for Raydium RM68200 720p dsi 2dl video mode panel.
This rm68200 panel driver is based on the Linux Kernel driver from
drivers/gpu/drm/panel/panel-raydium-rm68200.c.
