The online help should indicate how deletion works.
I find it problematic that if a user forgets to specify -a, the variable
is deleted inadvertently. PK, KEK, db, dbx cannot be deleted at all.
Please, use a separate sub-command for deletion and reintroduce the
default for the attributes as nv,bs,rt which seems more useful than nv,bs.
